چکیده
Previous in vitro and vivo studies have indicated that tissue engineering scaffolds, including Schwann cells, may improve axonal regeneration, particularly combination with Methylprednisolone as an influential neuroprotective factor. The primary aim of this study was to design composite electrospun scaffolds based on polylactic acid (PLA)/hyaluronic (HA) containing various percentages (0.05–2% (w/v)) (MP) suitable mechanical chemical properties for soft especially promote nerve growth. For the first time, MP implicated a PLA/HA nanofibrous its effect fiber’s scrutinized candidate engineering. In addition, morphology, bonding, wettability, degradation were examined evaluate their performance. results showed had morphological, physicochemical, regeneration. Also, evaluated through physiochemical assay, drug release profile, biological assays find optimum level drug. These growth viability cells. Results 0.5 w/v lower cytotoxicity higher biocompatibility.

Objective(s): Tissue engineering represents a new approach to solve the current complications of the heart valve replacements by offering viable valve prosthesis with growth and remodeling capability. In this project, electrospinning and dip coating techniques were used to fabricate heart valve constructs from medical grade polyurethane (PU). Methods: Fir...
متن کاملNanofibrous scaffold in tissue engineering
Dear Friends, Nanofibrous scaffolds have been a major revolution in the field of tissue engineering which may improve the health and quality of life by enhancing tissue function. These are the artificial extracellular matrices which offer natural surroundings for tissue formation. Owing to their high surface to volume ratio, nanofibrous scaffolds increase cell adhesion, proliferation, and diffe...
متن کاملElectrospray deposition and direct patterning of polylactic acid nanofibrous microcapsules for tissue engineering
Electrospun nanofibers composed of biodegradable polymers are attractive candidates for cell culture scaffolds in tissue engineering. Their fine-meshed structures, resembling natural extracellular matrices, effectively interact with cell surfaces and promote cell proliferation. The application of electrospinning, however, is limited to two-dimensional (2D) or single tube-like scaffolds, and the...
متن کاملfabrication and characterization of spongy denuded amniotic membrane based scaffold for tissue engineering
objective: as a biological tissue material, amniotic membrane (am) has low immunogenicity and to date has been widely adopted in clinical practice. however, some features such as low biomechanical consistency and rapid biodegradation is limited the application of am. therefore, in this study, we fabricated a novel three-dimensional (3d) spongy scaffold made of the extracellular matrix (ecm) of ...
